Dr. Ryan opened his practice in 2010 after graduating co-valedictorian with highest honors of his graduating class. Three years later, in 2013, he was recognized by his peers, and awarded the Rising Star award for his early practice success.
In March of 2014, Dr. Ryan developed debilitating blood clots which left him unable to walk for 75 days. He later learned he has a rare genetic disorder which predisposes him to blood clots. Understanding the resulting physical limitations, Dr. Ryan's focus shifted from operating multiple offices in the upstate to diving into the ancient sciences developed by Hippocrates, Aristotle, Galen, Pythagoras, and others.
After discovering the spine's vital role as an energy vessel, Dr. Ryan began applying the scientific principles to the spine which he learned while earning his bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Civil Engineering. This process lead to the development of numerous trade secrets which have redefined his understanding and practice of chiropractic.
In addition to his practice, Dr. Ryan is developing mathematical models to be used in both "nowcasting" and forecasting of blood composition, meridian blockages, five elements analysis of TCM, spinal distortions, and others for purposes of equipping the health conscious individual with the tools necessary to better care for themselves.
The spine's role as a foundational support for the body is common knowledge; however, the spine has another major role as an energy vessel. Similarly to blood vessels, the energy within the spine pushes outward ultimately determining the spine's overall shape and condition.
The muscles attached to the spine only activate once the forces within the spine have caused the spine to shift from its neutral resting position. Over time these muscles grow tired and spasm leading to overall body torsion and tension within the body.
Dr. Ryan's unique understanding of how this energy manifests is what makes his practice unique. Dr. Ryan has developed specific analysis and adjusting protocols to ensure each and every adjustment is conducted in a way as to restore the spine back into its neutral resting position. This allows the muscles to relax which causes your body's tension to literally melt away.
Dr. Ryan's first objective is to ensure your comfort; therefore, you won't find Dr. Ryan in a white lab coat or scrubs. The point of your visit is to reduce stress and feel amazing when you leave. Therefore, you will find Dr. Ryan dressed casually.
Your first visit requires a little more time as you get to sit down with Dr. Ryan and discuss what brings you into the office. He will likely ask you several follow up questions in order to fully understand your concerns. Dr. Ryan will then conduct a quick non-invasive muscle test to determine which adjusting protocol your body requires. For the vast majority of people, this will not require exposure to harmful x-rays.
Once your protocol has been established, Dr. Ryan will make any necessary adjustments using a specialized "drop table" ensuring a comfortable and rejuvenating experience even for those experiencing pain. This table is designed to make the adjustment successful without the use of excessive force making it both safe and comfortable for kids and those with a delicate spine.
You can also be at ease knowing you will never be required to sign any financial or service agreements. Payment for services rendered will be due at the time of your visit. You may choose to schedule your next adjustment at that time or you may choose to schedule online at your convenience.
Dr. Ryan is a firm believer that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. For the average adult, a two-week tuneup is typically sufficient. Some choose to come more often; some less. Listen to your body because it will be the best guide to how often you should be getting adjusted. Dr. Ryan will most likely provide care instructions customized for your body at the time of your visit.
Yes! If you have medicare or a medicare replacement policy you will only be responsible for deductibles and co-pays and any uncovered services at the time of service.
Insurance claims are filed electronically on your behalf. However, you are responsible for the full adjustment fee at the time of your visit. You will then be reimbursed directly from your insurance provider based on the coverage of your specific insurance plan.
But, we love our customers, so feel free to drop in during normal adjusting hours. I'll do my best to fit you in.
